Carolyn A. Barfield is a licensed Realtor in the state of Georgia. She is a member of the National Board of Realtors (NAR). She works out of the Virtual Properties Realty office in Buford, GA. She has teamed up with CEO & Founder Nick Stahl with Georgia Estate
Carolyn has been in high-end residential projects for many years. Including project manager in new residential expansions. Whether working with buyers or sellers Carolyn Barfield clients have often described her as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around.

My Story
She began her career in real estate after raising her three children and settled in Georgia. She has lived in Hall County Georgia along with her husband for the past 35 years Most of her youth was spent abroad. Her father was an Airman with USAF and was deployed most of her life. Having three children 5 years apart there was always a ball game, a prom or to attend. There she learned her negotiating skills!
Outside of real estate Carolyn enjoys spending her time with her family and friends. You may often see her at the lake, boating, skiing, and /or just plain relaxing.
Most of her free time is spent volunteering as; teacher's helper, prom chaperone, team mom, and she supports local churches. And many other local non-profit organizations. Her personal convictions make her an enthusiastic candidate to carry out and identify each client's needs and desires. She uses her unique benefits of life and is ideal for guiding her clients skillfully.
